When our very presence threatens the fearfull amoung us and our Belief Systems (B.S.) see them fill with rage, venom, hatred, blame and irritation it can be hard to hold our own.
But what does it mean to hold our own? And who will be there to help us when the ones we were raised by or with no longer vibe at the same level?
Holding our own is not just about beliefs, for they are just ideas we have given power to through repetition. It doesn’t mean they’re right, it just means they’ve become more familiar than other ideas and that makes them feel more true.
We have become such a divided people that we have created countless boxes of B.S. to keep us safely separate from each other and in the process have become divided within ourselves it seems. We hardly know who to trust anymore and all the fearfull programming we’re constantly bombarded by has made it even harder to trust ourselves at times which makes it hard to hold our own perspective.
Not knowing how to process our emotions is a huge piece in that and tonight I’ll be doing a presentation on “Emotional Safeguarding Your Energy For The Holidays” at 8pm where we’ll dig into the Highrise of Emotional Awareness I often reference which combines the high rise theory Caroline Myss introduced me to which states that an apartment building has the same address from top to bottom but the perspective within it varies greatly.
By then using the Emotional Guidance System that Esther Hicks channels through the entity called ‘Abraham’ in combination with this theory, each of the 22 emotional states become like floors within the apartment building of ourselves.
As we’ll discuss tonight and I’ll share in the recording soon, there is a tipping point in the highrise that will either take us deeper into fear or lift us into faith.
Coping mechanisms of distraction and fatigue have become our way to opting out of this stress-full experience we are sharing as a collective right now but learning how to intentionally fill our cells with faith over fear helps immeasurably in overcoming corruption and finding joy in the journey.
So how do we make that shift out of fear and into faith?
Understanding the 22 emotional states helps which are:
- Positive Expectation/Belief
In the Highrise of Emotional Awareness theory each emotion represents a floor within the address of you and influences our perspective of life, both around and within you.
The whole process is really about learning to maneuver our emotions more consciously so that we can begin to recognize that each emotional state is a bridge to a higher level once we stop judging where we are.
