When I was living in England I had the privilege of meeting many spiritually minded and aligned friends who introduced me to sacred knowledge I might not have discovered in this lifetime, or as quickly as I did because of them, and for that I am incredibly grateful.
I also believe that to whomever much is given, much is required so now I do my best to share the sacred insights I have gathered from my studies, travels and also from the inner work I now make a part of my own SPECIAL Practice.
As we begin the final month of this crazy year, I want to introduce my biggest takeaway from Caroline Myss’ book “Sacred Contracts” and why our BS plays such an important role in how our survival archetypes express themselves.
Archetypes are familiar patterns we fill with energy to either guide us to our highest potential or to hold us in limiting behaviour patterns that keep us running in circles without understanding why we keep winding up in the same spot. Caroline describes the four archetypes we all share in common as our archetypes of survival which can be viewed as players on our I.N.N.E.R. T.E.E.A.M. who determine how we use the energetic resources we have at our disposal.
I.N.N.E.R. means Individual Needs Necessitate Emotional Resiliency and Resonance, and T.E.E.A.M. refers to our Time, Energy, Effort, Attention, and Money. We’ll dig into both of these acronyms another day.
What we must become more sensitive to is the fact that our inner child, victim, saboteur and prostitute are all playing their parts perfectly, according to the way we have programmed our cells to either be SCARED or SACRED; remembering that each share the same letters but have a very different impact depending on how we have arranged these energies within us.
My habit, based on my own preference and patterning, is to share everything I know on a subject so that you who find my words can mine all the gold you have the awareness to find from it in the moment you dis-cover it. Yet what I have learned through reflection and a decade’s worth of experience is that breaking things down into bite sized chunks often works better from an integration perspective so I am acknowledging my own pattern and crafting its replacement as we go on a journey inward.
So today I’m simply introducing the four survival archetypes to you and am inviting you to work with each of them separately in a series of blogs dedicated to shifting your INNER Child, Victim, Saboteur and Prostitute from their SCARED side into their SACRED side, without judgement. But first we’re going to focus on breaking through the terror barrier of transformation so your existing BS (Belief Systems) doesn’t undermine the progress you desire and deserve.
To explain this I created a video I hope offers you some insights into the terror barrier of transformation and how our thoughts become things. You can check that out here (or above) and leave a comment to let me know how it fits and sits for you!

PS. Next time we’ll be unpacking the archetype I worked with last night as I decided to put this process together. I’ll share what my own inner victim needed to move out of its scared side into its sacred one tomorrow. Be sure you’re subscribed so you can receive these insights directly and please share this message with a friend open to growing with you!!!
